Not only are the employees offensive, rude and talk back when you make simple requests like "Can you insure this?" but the OWNER is an evil troll of a man who quite possibly did not graduate high school and may or may not have an 8th grade education. He will be even more rude than his minions. They will deliver your packages late, without the requested insurance, and possibly broken - and ON TOP OF IT ALL give you attitude/lip when you make a complaint. They are an unorganized, extremely unprofessional group, and I hope for everyone's sake, they get put out of business. You're better off using the USPS, at least you don't have to worry about people talking down to you there.
